Claus Henriksen

Star chef Claus Henriksen has recently opened his own kitchen and restaurant named MOTA. Claus´s great interest in and use of locals food and herbs have become his signature. Claus has previously worked on e.g., Noma, Formula B and Søllerød Kro. Career preliminary highlight, however, is the Michelin star, which was awarded to Dragsholm Castle in 2017 after 10 years of targeted development work. Claus is known for his personal and uncompromising approach to his kitchen - and he has been a great contribution to putting Nordic gastronomy on the world map.
