Heidi Svane thrives in innovation, technology, and new ways of thinking circular business models, which she bridges in projects between academia and the lifestyle industry. Projects can range from visiting the future of retail in San Francisco, South Korea, and Amsterdam, to technology experiments with customer data to exploring blockchain, IoT and big data for future business models. She has a background as an entrepreneur, a master’s degree in Strategy, Management and Innovation and is today Head of Digital at Lifestyle & Design Cluster and Founder of Copenhagen Lifestyle Lab.
