Legal Counsel at Empower

Jessica Cao is the Legal Counsel at Empower. Trained as a lawyer for two years at the Bar Association in Paris, she holds a master’s degree in Economic Law (specializing in Business, Markets and Regulations) and the Certificate of Aptitude to the Profession of Lawyer (eligible to register with the French bar). She has worked in legal departments of multinational companies such as Japan Tobacco International (tobacco products) and Tarkett (leader in flooring solutions). She also worked at Fidal, the biggest business law firm in France (by size and turnover), at their Competition / Distribution / Consumer Law / Product regulations department, as well as at the American law firm Brown & Rudnick in Litigation & Arbitration.
