Biologist at heart with a Masters degree from the University in Bergen in Biology – Biodiversity, Evolution and Ecology. Personal fan of ecological economics and the need to express a value on externalities. To promote circular solutions the real costs of business as usual needs to be addressed.

Professionally he has mostly worked with quality systems. Having policies and action plans to address environmental impacts is a start, but the goal is to include the targets as a naturally integrated part of the quality system and the way we do business for the entire organization.
