Aðalheiður Jacobsen

Founder, Owner & CEO, Netpartar hf.

Aðalheiður Jacobsen is the founder, sole owner and CEO of Netpartar, a sustainable automobile recycling service and used spare parts store. Aðalheiður has a BSc. degree in Business Administration from the University of Iceland, she is a licenced securities broker and has an accredited certification from the Icelandic Akademias, studying good corporate governance on company boards.

At Netpartar, founded in 2009, sustainability, quality and traceability are at the heart of the company. Netpartar’s mission is to maximize environmentally friendly recycling and reuse of all raw materials from end-of-life vehicles, which contributes to less waste, a better environment and climate. Netpartar has received the environmental certification of BSI in Iceland according to the ISO 14001 standard, the only company in this sector in Iceland. BSI has also certified Netpartar's operations according to the ISO 9001 quality standard.
