Inka Orko

Lead, Circular Economy, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland

Inka Orko is Lead of Circular Economy, at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, in the business area of Sustainable Products and Processes. Inka currently leads the Finnish national Gaia X group that focuses on data use for circular economy, and she is active in developing the digital product passport approaches for textiles and other products in the EU context and in Finland. She is also developing and promoting modelling techniques for optimisation of circular material cycles and value networks. She has a Master’s and a Licentiate of Science degree from Helsinki University of Technology, in environmental engineering.
