Allan K. Poulsen

Head of Advanced Structures and Sustainability at Vestas

Allan K. Poulsen is Head of Advanced Structures and Sustainability at Vestas, the Global leader in sustainable energy. 

He holds a master degree in chemical engineering and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from University of Southern Denmark. 

After his PhD in 2008 he worked at The Danish Technological Institute. Before he came to Vestas he was director for a business unit working with R&D, analyses and standardization of materials. He started at Vestas in February 2019. Here he is a part of the core group working with development and implementation of the Vestas sustainability strategy across the full value chain.
