Berglind Rán Ólafsdóttir is the CEO of ON Power. ON Power is a geothermal energy company, operating two geothermal plants in the Hengill area for the production of electricity and hot water, in addition to a small hydropower plant in Borgarfjordur. The electricity customers of ON Power include homes and companies in Iceland of all types and sizes. Important guiding principles for ON Power are sustainability and the cultivation of an innovative mindset.

Berglind has a M.Sc. in Molecular biology and an MBA from IESE in Barcelona. Before joining ON Power in 2017, she worked for 5 years in genetics research and for 13 years in business development in the biotech industry, pharmaceutical industry and renewable energy.
